What is your primary product or service?
If it has anything to do with real estate then we do it. Answering questions, doing free market analysis, assisting with purchases and sales, and managing rental properties are examples of our services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I assisted my father for over 30 years with his investments, which included real estate. After his passing in 2006 I wanted to use that knowledge to help people with their real estate requirements and to promote Pensacola and Northwest Florida. I was born in Pensacola and camped in the Boy Scouts all over Northwest Florida so I know the area. I received a MBA from UWF after serving in the Army and have been promoting the Pensacola area for many years on the web with www.brownmarine.com and other web sites.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We're very friendly & I think we give a little "extra".
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
This is our only location.
