These prices are good for all of Escambia & Santa Rosa counties in Florida. Full Home inspection 13 pages starting at $275.00, Wind Mitigation inspection $75.00, Four Point inspection $80.00 If you do both the Wind & 4-point at the same time discount to $135.00 Roof verification $50.00 but is free with any other inspection. From the day of the inspection i leave you a copy of the inspection and send your insurance company a copy in less than 24 hours. Payments are due on completion of the report.
