What is your primary product or service?
Dog and cat grooming and boarding, doggy daycamp, pet boutique.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My first grooming salon was "Lynn's Pet Grooming" on Dogwood Dr. in Milton, Fl. My wonderfully supportive parents allowed me to start it up in their laundry room. There I combined my love of dogs with my love of crafts and sewing. I sewed little vests with matching ear bows by night and groomed and dressed each dog by day. I had found my passion. In 1993 I purchased the location of the business on Woodbine Rd. which started as one unit. Over the next 10 years I took over serveral more units of the complex expanding to accomodate the customer demand for weekend and overnight stays. We now occupy five units of the complex and employ 15 people that also have a love and passion for dogs and cats.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have developed ideas over the years that combine comfort, safety and exercise. With our new 5000 square feet of play yard we now offer two sessions of play time daily and the dogs love it. My business code of ethics: I recognize that in oder to fulfill my obligations to the animals in my care, to my customers, to the pet care services industry and to my community, both my business and my personal life must be governed by honorable standards.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
This is my only location and I have no current plans to expand.

If traveling on Hwy 90 - Turn at the Tom Thumb at the intersection of Hwy 90 and Hwy 197A (Woodbine Rd.) and Travel north exactly 1/4 mile - We are on the left in a tall grey stucco building. Hungry Howies is next door to us. Our building has several signs to identify us.

all major credit cards with the exception of Discover. We accept checks on local banks. (Gulf Coast Florida Banks)
