How long have you been in business?
I have practriced law for 33 years
What is your primary product or service?
legal services
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I took an aptitude test in the 7 th grade which indicated that I would be well suited to being an attorney. I also witnessed tweo young successful, happy looking guys conduct a presentation on being lawyers during a job fair at our school. I really liked the idea that I could be successful using my head to make a good living and still get to work with folks from all walks of life
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am not the typical attorney either in terms of how I run my office or how I interact and am available to my clients. I look at my clients as if they were family members. I also have a great deal of expertise in the two principal areas of my pracxtuice-criminal law and accident/injury law- as well as having had severalk hundred trials over the years, which requires a completely different type of skill than merely "knowing" the law.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
presently our only location is our Pensacola office. We have plans to expand (and did until the economy became a national disaster) to Mobile and the Ft. Walton Beach/ Crestview area in the future

headed out Cervates towards Scenic Highway, turn left onto 12th Avenue, go 3 blocks and we are on your left in a brick colored building.
What type of payments do you accept?
all major credit cards, cash and checks.
Which areas do you service?
we handle cases threoughout the United States (although we are only licensed in Florida and (one of our attorneys) Alabama. We handle cases at all levels of trial and appeals in State and Federal court

What are your hours of operation?
8-5 (although all of our attorneys gladly meet with clients at times which are workable for our clients. We handle a number of matters by phone and do travel to meet clients face to face if they are unable due to disablility to meet in the office)
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they appreciate the time, attention and effort we have given to their case and that they are happy with our product.
